Painting

The repaint that reads new on the first walkthrough.

What this trade covers.

Interior preparation, patching, cutting-in and topcoats, the late-stage trade that returns a stripped and reworked property to a condition ready to re-list. Paint is the first finish a tenant or a buyer sees, so its position in the programme matters out of proportion to its size. It is applied after the dust-generating trades and before final fit-off, by the same team that completed the patching.

What we cover.

Interior repaint, prep, patch and topcoats
End-of-lease repaint, ceilings, walls and trim
Feature walls and colour matching in occupied property
Cutting-in on doors, frames and skirting
Surface prep after patching and make-good
Painted in sequence, after the dust-making trades

Every trade. One Standard.

One accountable team

The team that finds the fault is the team that fixes it and stands behind it. No hand-offs, no gap where the problem lives between two contractors, one contact for the whole list.

Every angle, before the first tool is out

One operator on the tools across every trade sees this job from every trade's angle at once, so it is diagnosed right, instructed precisely, and done once.

Built for occupied property

Residents are home and guests are checked in, and the work still has to happen cleanly around them. Access is planned, the area is left clean, and the property keeps operating.

A standard above your own

The job is right before we tell you it is right. Certainty replaces supervision, so the list is handed over once and stays closed.

One contact, and it is handled.

Send through what the property needs, painting or the whole list, and we will respond with a clear plan and a quote.
