Two generations, every tradeMichael Owen, the founder’s father, held both electrical and plumbing, a pairing almost unheard of in his era, and his name has been trusted across the Eastern Suburbs for 40 years.
John Owen learned electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling and waterproofing as one craft, and has spent 12 years on the tools.
One operator who holds every trade reads a job from every angle, so a fault is diagnosed right and closed once.
Today the work runs across the Eastern Suburbs and the Sydney CBD, done cleanly around the people who live and work there.
A client once booked the founder for a tap, then asked if he also did the electrical. When his father walked in beside him, she froze: the only person she had ever known who did both trades was Michael Owen, thirty years earlier. Now the next generation was standing in her kitchen.

Maintenance
One contact for every fault a property throws up. Urgent faults handled fast, water, power and security first, by the team that owns every other trade.
Electrical
Power points, lighting, smoke alarms, switchboard and circuit work, fault-finding and fit-off, left tidier than it was found.
Plumbing & Gas
Blocked drains, leaks, taps and mixers, toilets, hot water and gasfitting where licensed. The fix holds, and the area is handed back dry.
Climate & Air
Split-system supply and install, servicing and fault diagnosis. The climate work and the circuit set by the same team, so nothing is left to become water damage below.
Building & Interiors
Make-good and interiors: cabinetry fit-off, wall and ceiling repairs, sealing and patching, and the hundred small jobs between trades. Interiors and refresh, never new builds.
Carpentry
Doors, skirting and architraves, timber repairs, joinery and second-fix carpentry. Measured, fitted and finished so it reads original.
Tiling
Floor and wall tiling, re-tiling, grouting and silicone, set on substrate and falls done right. Laid once, level, and finished clean.
Waterproofing
The trade under the trades. A leaking shower is owned across the plumbing, the tiling and the membrane by one hand, so it is solved once.
Painting & Flooring
Interior repaint and flooring, sequenced late and in order, so a stripped, reworked unit reads new on the first walkthrough.
